¹³ I will come into your house with burnt offerings. I will pay to you my vows ¹⁴ that my lips uttered, and my mouth spoke in my distress. ¹⁵ Burnt offerings of fat animals I will offer to you, with [the] smoke of rams. I will do cattle with rams. Selah

Genesis 28:20-22

And Jacob made a vow saying, "If God will be with me and protect me on this way that I am going, and gives me food to eat and clothing to wear,

Numbers 30:2

if a man makes a vow for Yahweh or swears an oath with a binding pledge on himself, he must not render his word invalid; he must do all that went out from his mouth.

Numbers 30:8

Judges 11:35-36

1 Samuel 1:11
