The First Beast From The Sea

⁶ And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name, and His Tabernacle, even those dwelling in Heaven. ⁷ And it was given him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them; and there was given him authority over every tribe, and people, and tongue, and nation. ⁸ And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the founding of a world.

Revelation 11:7

And when they finish their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them.

And he says to me, "The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
