Revelation 13:8

The First Beast From The Sea

⁷ And it was given him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them; and there was given him authority over every tribe, and people, and tongue, and nation. ⁸ And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the founding of a world. ⁹ If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
