Jews Still Have An Advantage

¹ What advantage then does the Jew have [i.e., over the Gentile]? Or what value is there in circumcision? ² Much in every way! First of all, the Jews were entrusted with the messages of God [i.e., their prophets received divine revelations]. ³ But what if some [of the Jews] were unfaithful? Does their lack of faith nullify the faithfulness of God? Certainly not!

Acts 7:38

If someone's gift is speaking, he should [be sure to] say only what God wants him to. If a person's gift is serving, he should do so by the strength provided by God [who supplies all such gifts]. On the contrary, they saw that I had [already] been entrusted [by God] with the Gospel for the uncircumcised ones [i.e., for Gentiles], just as Peter [had been entrusted by God] with the Gospel for the circumcised ones [i.e., for Jews].
