For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
because the mind set on the flesh is
hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so,

all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,
and through Him to
reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
But no sin offering
of which any of the blood is brought into the tent of meeting to make atonement in the holy place shall be eaten; it shall be burned with fire.
2 Chronicles 29:24
The priests slaughtered them and purged the altar with their blood
to atone for all Israel, for the king ordered the burnt offering and the sin offering for all Israel.

reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity.
