Reconciliation With God Through Faith In Christ
1 Having, therefore, been declared righteous by faith, let us have, peace, towards God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, -
1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
1 (A)Therefore, having been justified by faith, (a)(B)we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
1 Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith,(A) we have peace(a) with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.(B)
1 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus the Messiah.
2 Through whom also we have had, our introduction, by our faithinto this favour wherein we stand; and let us boast in hope of the glory of God.
2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

3 And, not only so, but let us boast also in our tribulations; knowing that, our tribulation, worketh out endurance.

5 And, our hope, putteth not to shame. Because, the love of God, hath been poured out in our hearts, through the Holy Spirit that hath been given unto us:
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Those Declared Righteous Are Reconciled
7 For, scarcely in behalf of a righteous man, will one die, - in behalf of the good man indeed, peradventure one even dareth to die;
7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
7 For one will hardly die for a righteous man; (d)though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die.

8 But God commendeth his own love unto us in that - we as yet being sinners, Christ in our behalf died.

10 For, if being enemies we were reconciled unto God through the death of his Son, much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.

11 Not only that, but we also continue to boast about God through our Lord Jesus the Messiah, through whom we have now been reconciled.
Death Came Through Adam But Life Comes Through Christ
12 For this cause, - just as, through one man, sin into the world entered, and through sin, death, - and, so, unto all men death passed through, for that all had sinned; -
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
12 Therefore, just as through (X)one man sin entered into the world, and (Y)death through sin, and (Z)so death spread to all men, because all sinned—
12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man,(S) and death through sin,(T) in this way death spread to all men,(U) because all sinned.(c)
12 Just as sin entered the world through one man, and death resulted from sin, therefore everyone dies, because everyone has sinned.
13 For, until law, sin was in the world, although sin is not reckoned when there is no law, -
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
13 In fact, sin was in the world before the law, but sin is not charged to a person’s account when there is no law.(V)
13 Certainly sin was in the world before the Law was given, but no record of sin is kept when there is no Law.
14 Yet still, death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over them who had not sinned after the likeness of the transgression of Adam, - who is a type of the Coming One; -
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned (AB)in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a (i)(AC)type of Him who was to come.
14 Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who did not sin in the likeness of Adam’s transgression.(W) He is a prototype(d) of the Coming One.(X)
14 Nevertheless, death ruled from the time of Adam to Moses, even over those who did not sin in the same way Adam did when he disobeyed. He is a foreshadowing of the one who would come.
15 But, not as the fault, so, alsothe decree of favour, for, if, by the fault of the one, the many died, much more, the favour of God and the free-gift in favour, by the one man Jesus Christ, unto the many superabounded;
15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
15 But (j)the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of (AD)the one (AE)the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by (AF)the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.
15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift overflowed to the many by the grace of the one man,(Y) Jesus Christ.
15 But God's free gift is not like Adam's offense. For if many people died as the result of one man's offense, how much more have God's grace and the free gift given through the kindness of one man, Jesus the Messiah, been showered on many people!
16 And, not as through one that sinned, is that which is freely given, for, the sentence of judgment, indeed, was - out of one fault into condemnation, whereas, the decree of favour, is - out of many faults, into a recovery of righteousness.
16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
16 The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand (AG)the judgment arose from one transgression (k)resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions (l)resulting in justification.
16 And the gift is not like the one man’s sin, because from one sin came the judgment,(Z) resulting in condemnation, but from many trespasses came the gift, resulting in justification.(e)
16 Nor can the free gift be compared to what came through the man who sinned. For the sentence that followed one man's offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift brought justification, even after many offenses.
17 For, if, by the fault of the one, death reigned through the one, much more, they who the superabundance of the favour and of the free-gift ofthe righteousness do receive, in life, shall reign through the one, Jesus Christ.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
17 For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned (AH)through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will (AI)reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
17 Since by the one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive the overflow of grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life(AA) through the one man, Jesus Christ.
17 For if, through one man, death ruled because of that man's offense, how much more will those who receive such overflowing grace and the gift of righteousness rule in life because of one man, Jesus the Messiah!
18 Hence then, as through one fault, the sentence was unto all men unto condemnation, so, also, through one recovery of righteousness, the decree of favour is unto all men for righteous acquittal unto life;
18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
18 So then as through (AJ)one transgression (m)there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one (AK)act of righteousness (n)there resulted (AL)justification of life to all men.
18 So then, as through one trespass there is condemnation for everyone, so also through one righteous act there is life-giving justification(f)(AB) for everyone.
18 Consequently, just as one offense resulted in condemnation for everyone, so one act of righteousness results in justification and life for everyone.
19 For, just as, through the disobedience of the one man, sinners, the many were constituted, so, also, through the obedience of the one, righteous, the many shall be constituted -
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

20 Law, however, gained admission, in order that the fault might abound, but, where the sin abounded, the favour greatly superabounded:
20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
20 (o)(AQ)The Law came in so that the transgression would increase; but where sin increased, (AR)grace abounded all the more,
20 The law came along to multiply the trespass.(AE) But where sin multiplied, grace multiplied even more(AF)
20 Now the Law crept in so that the offense would increase. But where sin increased, grace increased even more,
21 In order that - just as sin reigned in death, so, also, favour, might reign through righteousness unto life age-abiding, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
21 so that, as (AS)sin reigned in death, even so (AT)grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
21 so that, just as sin reigned in death,(AG) so also grace will reign(AH) through righteousness, resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
