Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and of the platter; but inside of you, you are full of robbery and wickedness.
Again a voice came to him a second time, “
What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.”
I know and am convinced
in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself; but to him who thinks anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
1 Corinthians 6:12

have this knowledge; but some, being accustomed to the idol until now, eat food as if it were sacrificed to an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled.
how much more will
the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
‘Also the flesh that touches anything unclean shall not be eaten; it shall be burned with fire.
As for other flesh, anyone who is clean may eat such flesh.
so as to make a distinction between the holy and the profane, and between the unclean and the clean,
Any of the
food which may be eaten, on which water comes, shall become unclean, and any liquid which may be drunk in every vessel shall become unclean.
You shall not eat any detestable thing.
In view of this,
I also do my best to maintain always a blameless conscience both before God and before men.
