וְאִ֨ישׁ
wə·’îš
､ בְּמָע֜וֹן
bə·mā·‘ō·wn
in Maon ､
וּמַעֲשֵׂ֣הוּ
ū·ma·‘ă·śê·hū
– בַכַּרְמֶ֗ל
ḇak·kar·mel,
in Carmel –
וְהָאִישׁ֙
wə·hā·’îš
and the man [was]
､ גָּד֣וֹל
gā·ḏō·wl
rich ､
מְאֹ֔ד
mə·’ōḏ,
וְל֛וֹ
wə·lōw
and He had
､ צֹ֥אן
ṣōn
sheep ､
שְׁלֹֽשֶׁת־
šə·lō·šeṯ-
אֲלָפִ֖ים
’ă·lā·p̄îm
וְאֶ֣לֶף
wə·’e·lep̄
and a thousand
. עִזִּ֑ים
‘iz·zîm;
וַיְהִ֛י
way·hî
And he was
בִּגְזֹ֥ז
biḡ·zōz
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
צֹאנ֖וֹ
ṣō·nōw
. בַּכַּרְמֶֽל׃
bak·kar·mel.
in Carmel .
