And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.

The whole number in [the three tribes of] the camp of Reuben was 151,450. They shall take second place [on the march].

The whole number [of the three tribes] in the camp of Ephraim totaled 108,100. They shall go forward in third place.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

The whole number [of the three tribes] in the camp of Dan totaled 157,600. They shall set out last, standard after standard.

These are those which were numbered of the children of Israel by the house of their fathers: all those that were numbered of the camps throughout their hosts were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

And all the first-born -- male -- by the number of names, from a son of a month and upward, of their numbered ones, are two and twenty thousand two hundred and seventy and three.

And from those ransomed of the two hundred and seventy and three (who are more than the Levites) of the first-born of the sons of Israel,

Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:
