וַיַּ֨עַן

דָּוִ֜ד
dā·wiḏ
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ׀
way·yō·mer
and said
אֶל־
’el-
to
אֲחִימֶ֣לֶךְ
’ă·ḥî·me·leḵ
､ הַחִתִּ֗י
ha·ḥit·tî,
the Hittite ､
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and to
אֲבִישַׁ֨י
’ă·ḇî·šay
בֶּן־
ben-
､ צְרוּיָ֜ה
ṣə·rū·yāh
of Zeruiah ､
אֲחִ֤י
’ă·ḥî
､ יוֹאָב֙
yō·w·’āḇ
of Joab ､
､ לֵאמֹ֔ר
lê·mōr,
saying ､
מִֽי־
mî-
יֵרֵ֥ד
yê·rêḏ
will go down
אִתִּ֛י
’it·tî
with me
אֶל־
’el-
to
שָׁא֖וּל
šā·’ūl
אֶל־
’el-
in
؟ הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה
ham·ma·ḥă·neh;
the camp ؟
､ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and said ､
אֲבִישַׁ֔י
’ă·ḇî·šay,
אֲנִ֖י
’ă·nî
I
אֵרֵ֥ד
’ê·rêḏ
will go down
. עִמָּֽךְ׃
‘im·māḵ.
with you .
