תּֽוֹרַת־

､ מֹ֠שֶׁה
mō·šeh
of Moses ､
אֲשֶׁר־

､ צִוָּ֨ה

יְהוָ֜ה
Yah·weh
､ לֵאמֹ֗ר

saying ､
