לְאַרְיוֹךְ֙
lə·’ar·yō·wḵ
､ שַׁלִּיטָ֣א
šal·lî·ṭā
דִֽי־
ḏî-
؟ מַלְכָּ֔א
mal·kā,
king's the ؟
עַל־
‘al-
why [is]
מָ֥ה

דָתָ֛א
ḏā·ṯā
decree the
מְהַחְצְפָ֖ה
mə·haḥ·ṣə·p̄āh
מִן־

קֳדָ֣ם

אֱדַ֣יִן

מִלְּתָ֔א
