וַיֹּ֣אמֶר
way·yō·mer
And said
הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ,
the king
､ לַחֲכָמִ֖ים
la·ḥă·ḵā·mîm
to the wise men ､
יֹדְעֵ֣י
yō·ḏə·‘ê
､ הָֽעִתִּ֑ים
hā·‘it·tîm;
the times ､
כִּי־
kî-
כֵן֙
ḵên
דְּבַ֣ר
də·ḇar
הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ,
of the king
לִפְנֵ֕י
lip̄·nê
כָּל־
kāl-
יֹדְעֵ֖י
yō·ḏə·‘ê
דָּ֥ת
dāṯ
– וָדִֽין׃
wā·ḏîn.
and justice –
