בִּשְׁנַ֤ת
biš·naṯ
[that] in year
שָׁלוֹשׁ֙
šā·lō·wōš
､ לְמָלְכ֔וֹ
lə·mā·lə·ḵōw,
of his reign ､
עָשָׂ֣ה
‘ā·śāh
he made
מִשְׁתֶּ֔ה
miš·teh,
לְכָל־
lə·ḵāl
שָׂרָ֖יו
śā·rāw
– וַעֲבָדָ֑יו
wa·‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw;
and servants –
חֵ֣יל ׀
ḥêl
the powers
פָּרַ֣ס
pā·ras
､ וּמָדַ֗י
ū·mā·ḏay,
and Media ､
הַֽפַּרְתְּמִ֛ים
hap·par·tə·mîm
the nobles
וְשָׂרֵ֥י
wə·śā·rê
and the princes
､ הַמְּדִינ֖וֹת
ham·mə·ḏî·nō·wṯ
of the provinces ､
. לְפָנָֽיו׃
lə·p̄ā·nāw.
