וַיִּקָּרְא֣וּ

סֹפְרֵֽי־
sō·p̄ə·rê-
הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
of the king
בָּֽעֵת־
bā·‘êṯ-
at time
הַ֠הִיא
ha·hî
､ בַּחֹ֨דֶשׁ
ba·ḥō·ḏeš
in month ､
הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֜י
haš·šə·lî·šî
the third
הוּא־
hū-
חֹ֣דֶשׁ
ḥō·ḏeš
[is] the month
､ סִיוָ֗ן
sî·wān,
of Sivan ､
בִּשְׁלוֹשָׁ֣ה
biš·lō·wō·šāh
וְעֶשְׂרִים֮
wə·‘eś·rîm
and the twenty [day]
בּוֹ֒
bōw
in
וַיִּכָּתֵ֣ב
way·yik·kā·ṯêḇ
and it was written
כְּֽכָל־
kə·ḵāl-
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
צִוָּ֣ה
ṣiw·wāh
מָרְדֳּכַ֣י
mā·rə·do·ḵay
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ הַיְּהוּדִ֡ים
hay·yə·hū·ḏîm
the Jews ､
וְאֶ֣ל
wə·’el
and
､ הָאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנִֽים־
hā·’ă·ḥaš·dar·pə·nîm-
the satraps ､
וְהַפַּחוֹת֩
wə·hap·pa·ḥō·wṯ
and the governors
וְשָׂרֵ֨י
wə·śā·rê
and the princes
הַמְּדִינ֜וֹת
ham·mə·ḏî·nō·wṯ
of the provinces
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀
’ă·šer
מֵהֹ֣דּוּ
mê·hōd·dū
וְעַד־
wə·‘aḏ-
and to
､ כּ֗וּשׁ
kūš,
שֶׁ֣בַע
še·ḇa‘
וְעֶשְׂרִ֤ים
wə·‘eś·rîm
and twenty
וּמֵאָה֙
ū·mê·’āh
and a hundred
､ מְדִינָ֔ה
mə·ḏî·nāh,
provinces [in all] ､
מְדִינָ֤ה
mə·ḏî·nāh
וּמְדִינָה֙
ū·mə·ḏî·nāh
כִּכְתָבָ֔הּ
kiḵ·ṯā·ḇāh,
וְעַ֥ם
wə·‘am
and
וָעָ֖ם
wā·‘ām
､ כִּלְשֹׁנ֑וֹ
kil·šō·nōw;
וְאֶ֨ל־
wə·’el-
and to
הַיְּהוּדִ֔ים
hay·yə·hū·ḏîm,
the Jews
כִּכְתָבָ֖ם
kiḵ·ṯā·ḇām
. וְכִלְשׁוֹנָֽם׃
wə·ḵil·šō·w·nām.
and language .
