וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙
wə·’ā·mar·tā
And say
לְיַ֣עַר
lə·ya·‘ar
to the forest
､ הַנֶּ֔גֶב
han·ne·ḡeḇ,
of the Negev ､
שְׁמַ֖ע
šə·ma‘
דְּבַר־
də·ḇar-
the word
– יְהוָ֑ה
Yah·weh;
of Yahweh –
כֹּֽה־
kōh-
אָמַ֣ר
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֣י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
– יְהוִ֡ה
Yah·weh
GOD –
הִנְנִ֣י
hin·nî
מַֽצִּית־
maṣ·ṣîṯ-
I will kindle
בְּךָ֣ ׀
bə·ḵā
in you
אֵ֡שׁ
’êš
וְאָכְלָ֣ה
wə·’ā·ḵə·lāh
and it shall devour
בְךָ֣
ḇə·ḵā
in you
כָל־
ḵāl
עֵֽץ־
‘êṣ-
לַח֩
laḥ
וְכָל־
wə·ḵāl
and every
– עֵ֨ץ
‘êṣ
tree –
יָבֵ֤שׁ
yā·ḇêš
לֹֽא־
lō-
not
､ תִכְבֶּה֙
ṯiḵ·beh
לַהֶ֣בֶת
la·he·ḇeṯ
the flame
שַׁלְהֶ֔בֶת
šal·he·ḇeṯ,
וְנִצְרְבוּ־
wə·niṣ·rə·ḇū-
בָ֥הּ
ḇāh
by it
כָּל־
kāl-
פָּנִ֖ים
pā·nîm
מִנֶּ֥גֶב
min·ne·ḡeḇ
. צָפֽוֹנָה׃
ṣā·p̄ō·w·nāh.
to the north .
