הִנָּבֵ֖א

עַל־
‘al-
רוֹעֵ֣י
rō·w·‘ê
､ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
yiś·rā·’êl;
of Israel ､
､ הִנָּבֵ֣א
hin·nā·ḇê
וְאָמַרְתָּ֩
wə·’ā·mar·tā
and say
אֲלֵיהֶ֨ם
’ă·lê·hem
to them
– לָרֹעִ֜ים
lā·rō·‘îm
to the shepherds –
כֹּ֥ה‪‬
kōh
אָמַ֣ר ׀
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֣י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
יְהוִ֗ה
Yah·weh
ה֤וֹי
hō·w
Woe to
רֹעֵֽי־
rō·‘ê-
יִשְׂרָאֵל֙
yiś·rā·’êl
אֲשֶׁ֤ר
’ă·šer
הָיוּ֙
hā·yū
רֹעִ֣ים
rō·‘îm
אוֹתָ֔ם
’ō·w·ṯām,
הֲל֣וֹא
hă·lō·w
Should not
؟ הַצֹּ֔אן
haṣ·ṣōn,
the flocks ؟
יִרְע֖וּ
yir·‘ū
. הָרֹעִֽים׃
hā·rō·‘îm.
the shepherds .
