､ וַֽיִּתְמַהְמָ֓הּ ׀
way·yiṯ·mah·māh
And while he lingered ､
וַיַּחֲזִ֨קוּ
way·ya·ḥă·zi·qū
הָאֲנָשִׁ֜ים
hā·’ă·nā·šîm
the men
､ בְּיָד֣וֹ
bə·yā·ḏōw
of his hand ､
וּבְיַד־
ū·ḇə·yaḏ-
and on the hand
､ אִשְׁתּ֗וֹ
’iš·tōw,
of his wife ､
וּבְיַד֙
ū·ḇə·yaḏ
and the hand
שְׁתֵּ֣י
šə·tê
of his two
– בְנֹתָ֔יו
ḇə·nō·ṯāw,
בְּחֶמְלַ֥ת
bə·ḥem·laṯ
יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
､ עָלָ֑יו
‘ā·lāw;
to him ､
､ וַיֹּצִאֻ֥הוּ
way·yō·ṣi·’u·hū
וַיַּנִּחֻ֖הוּ
way·yan·ni·ḥu·hū
and set him
מִח֥וּץ
mi·ḥūṣ
. לָעִֽיר׃
lā·‘îr.
the city .
