my thigh ､

וְאַשְׁבִּ֣יעֲךָ֔

and I will make you swear

､ בַּֽיהוָה֙

by Yahweh ､

אֱלֹהֵ֣י

the God

､ הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם

of heaven ､

וֵֽאלֹהֵ֖י

and the God

､ הָאָ֑רֶץ

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר

And said

､ הָעֶ֔בֶד

the servant ､

אוּלַי֙

לֹא־

תֹאבֶ֣ה

will be willing

הָֽאִשָּׁ֔ה

Shall I then take

and you shall take

And if

וַיִּשָּׁ֣בַֽע

way·yiš·šā·ḇa‘

to him

הַדָּבָ֖ר

. הַזֶּֽה׃

וַיִּקַּ֣ח

way·yiq·qaḥ

And took

הָ֠עֶבֶד

עֲשָׂרָ֨ה

גְמַלִּ֜ים

מִגְּמַלֵּ֤י

from the camels

､ אֲדֹנָיו֙

of his master ､

וַיֵּ֔לֶךְ

way·yê·leḵ,

וְכָל־

with all

ט֥וּב

אֲדֹנָ֖יו

from his master

– בְּיָד֑וֹ

in his hand –

､ וַיָּ֗קָם

way·yā·qām,

and he arose ､

וַיֵּ֛לֶךְ

and went

And he said ､

of my master

הַקְרֵה־

וַעֲשֵׂה־

and show

And let it come to pass ､

הַֽנַּעֲרָ֗

אֲשֶׁ֨ר

､ אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙

to ､

הַטִּי־

haṭ·ṭî-

､ נָ֤א

､ כַדֵּךְ֙

your pitcher ､

– וְאֶשְׁתֶּ֔ה

wə·’eš·teh,

that I may drink –

､ וְאָמְרָ֣ה

wə·’ā·mə·rāh

and she says ､

､ שְׁתֵ֔ה

וְגַם־

wə·ḡam-

and also

גְּמַלֶּ֖יךָ

gə·mal·le·ḵā

אַשְׁקֶ֑ה

’aš·qeh;

I will water

– אֹתָ֤הּ

’ō·ṯāh

[let] her [be the one] –

הֹכַ֙חְתָּ֙

hō·ḵaḥ·tā

You have appointed

לְעַבְדְּךָ֣

lə·‘aḇ·də·ḵā

for Your servant

– לְיִצְחָ֔ק

lə·yiṣ·ḥāq,

וּבָ֣הּ

and by this

אֵדַ֔ע

I will know

and with her jar

וְהַֽנַּעֲרָ֗

Now the young woman [was]

טֹבַ֤ת

מַרְאֶה֙

､ מְאֹ֔ד

mə·’ōḏ,

very ､

– בְּתוּלָ֕ה

bə·ṯū·lāh

a virgin –

וְאִ֖ישׁ

wə·’îš

and man

לֹ֣א

､ יְדָעָ֑הּ

yə·ḏā·‘āh;

had known her ､

וַתֵּ֣רֶד

wat·tê·reḏ

and she went down

､ הָעַ֔יְנָה

hā·‘ay·nāh,

to the well ､

וַתְּמַלֵּ֥א

wat·tə·mal·lê

､ כַדָּ֖הּ

ḵad·dāh

. וַתָּֽעַל׃

wat·tā·‘al.

and came up .

וַיָּ֥רָץ

way·yā·rāṣ

And ran

הָעֶ֖בֶד

hā·‘e·ḇeḏ

､ לִקְרָאתָ֑הּ

liq·rā·ṯāh;

to meet her ､

､ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר

way·yō·mer

and said ､

הַגְמִיאִ֥ינִי

haḡ·mî·’î·nî

､ נָ֛א

nā

מְעַט־

mə·‘aṭ-

מַ֖יִם

ma·yim

. מִכַּדֵּֽךְ׃

mik·kad·dêḵ.

from your jar .

､ וַתֹּ֖אמֶר

wat·tō·mer

So she said ､

､ שְׁתֵ֣ה

– אֲדֹנִ֑י

’ă·ḏō·nî;

my lord –

､ וַתְּמַהֵ֗ר

wat·tə·ma·hêr,

And she quickly ､

וַתֹּ֧רֶד

wat·tō·reḏ

כַּדָּ֛הּ

kad·dāh

עַל־

‘al-

to

､ יָדָ֖הּ

yā·ḏāh

. וַתַּשְׁקֵֽהוּ׃

wat·taš·qê·hū.

and gave him a drink .

וַתְּכַ֖ל

wat·tə·ḵal

And when she had finished

､ לְהַשְׁקֹת֑וֹ

lə·haš·qō·ṯōw;

giving him a drink ､

､ וַתֹּ֗אמֶר

wat·tō·mer,

then she said ､

גַּ֤ם

gam

לִגְמַלֶּ֙יךָ֙

liḡ·mal·le·ḵā

for your camels

אֶשְׁאָ֔ב

’eš·’āḇ,

I will draw [water]

עַ֥ד

‘aḏ

אִם־

’im-

כִּלּ֖וּ

they have finished

. לִשְׁתֹּֽת׃

liš·tōṯ.

､ וַתְּמַהֵ֗ר

wat·tə·ma·hêr,

And she quickly ､

וַתְּעַ֤ר

wat·tə·‘ar

כַּדָּהּ֙

kad·dāh

אֶל־

’el-

､ הַשֹּׁ֔קֶת

haš·šō·qeṯ,

the trough ､

וַתָּ֥רָץ

wat·tā·rāṣ

and ran

ע֛וֹד

‘ō·wḏ

אֶֽל־

’el-

to

הַבְּאֵ֖ר

hab·bə·’êr

the well

לִשְׁאֹ֑ב

liš·’ōḇ;

to draw [water]

וַתִּשְׁאַ֖ב

wat·tiš·’aḇ

and drew

לְכָל־

. גְּמַלָּֽיו׃

gə·mal·lāw.

וְהָאִ֥ישׁ

wə·hā·’îš

And the man

מִשְׁתָּאֵ֖ה

miš·tā·’êh

לָ֑הּ

at her

､ מַחֲרִ֕ישׁ

remained silent ､

לָדַ֗עַת

so as to know

הַֽהִצְלִ֧יחַ

whether had made prosperous

､ וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

And said ､

And bowed down his head

､ הָאִ֔ישׁ

. לַֽיהוָֽה׃

Yah·weh.

､ וַיֹּ֗אמֶר

way·yō·mer,

And he said ､

בָּר֤וּךְ

bā·rūḵ

יְהוָה֙

אֱלֹהֵי֙

אֲדֹנִ֣י

of my master

､ אַבְרָהָ֔ם

and told

אִמָּ֑הּ

כַּדְּבָרִ֖ים

. הָאֵֽלֶּה׃

וּלְרִבְקָ֥ה

Now Rebekah had

So it came to pass ､

the ring

and

הַצְּמִדִים֮

haṣ·ṣə·mi·ḏîm

､ אֲחֹתוֹ֒

on his sister ､

וּכְשָׁמְע֗וֹ

and when he heard

､ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר

And he said ､

､ בּ֖וֹא

come in ､

בְּר֣וּךְ

bə·rūḵ

– יְהוָ֑ה

Yah·weh;

of Yahweh –

לָ֤מָּה

lām·māh

תַעֲמֹד֙

ṯa·‘ă·mōḏ

؟ בַּח֔וּץ

ba·ḥūṣ,

וְאָנֹכִי֙

wə·’ā·nō·ḵî

פִּנִּ֣יתִי

pin·nî·ṯî

､ הַבַּ֔יִת

hab·ba·yiṯ,

the house ､

וּמָק֖וֹם

ū·mā·qō·wm

and a place

. לַגְּמַלִּֽים׃

lag·gə·mal·lîm.

for the camels .

וַיָּבֹ֤א

way·yā·ḇō

And came

הָאִישׁ֙

hā·’îš

the man

､ הַבַּ֔יְתָה

hab·bay·ṯāh,

to the house ､

וַיְפַתַּ֖ח

way·p̄at·taḥ

and he unloaded

､ הַגְּמַלִּ֑ים

hag·gə·mal·lîm;

the camels ､

וַיִּתֵּ֨ן

way·yit·tên

תֶּ֤בֶן

te·ḇen

וּמִסְפּוֹא֙

ū·mis·pō·w

and feed

､ לַגְּמַלִּ֔ים

lag·gə·mal·lîm,

for the camels ､

וּמַ֙יִם֙

ū·ma·yim

לִרְחֹ֣ץ

lir·ḥōṣ

､ רַגְלָ֔יו

raḡ·lāw,

וְרַגְלֵ֥י

wə·raḡ·lê

and the feet

הָאֲנָשִׁ֖ים

hā·’ă·nā·šîm

of the men

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

’ă·šer

. אִתּֽוֹ׃

’it·tōw.

with him .

[ויישם]

way·yî·śem

-

(וַיּוּשַׂ֤ם)

way·yū·śam

Then [a meal] was set

לְפָנָיו֙

lə·p̄ā·nāw

､ לֶאֱכֹ֔ל

le·’ĕ·ḵōl,

to eat ､

､ וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙

way·yō·mer

but he said ､

לֹ֣א

not

､ אֹכַ֔ל

’ō·ḵal,

I will eat ､

עַ֥ד

‘aḏ

אִם־

’im-

דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי

dib·bar·tî

I have declared

. דְּבָרָ֑י

də·ḇā·rāy;

､ וַיֹּ֖אמֶר

way·yō·mer

And he said ､

. דַּבֵּֽר׃

dab·bêr.

､ וַיֹּאמַ֑ר

way·yō·mar;

So he said ､

עֶ֥בֶד

‘e·ḇeḏ

אַבְרָהָ֖ם

’aḇ·rā·hām

. אָנֹֽכִי׃

’ā·nō·ḵî.

I [am] .

וַיהוָ֞ה

Yah·weh

בֵּרַ֧ךְ

bê·raḵ

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

אֲדֹנִ֛י

’ă·ḏō·nî

– מְאֹ֖ד

mə·’ōḏ

– וַיִּגְדָּ֑ל

way·yiḡ·dāl;

and he has become great –

וַיִּתֶּן־

way·yit·ten-

And He has given

ל֞וֹ

､ צֹ֤אן

ṣōn

､ וּבָקָר֙

ū·ḇā·qār

and herds ､

､ וְכֶ֣סֶף

wə·ḵe·sep̄

and silver ､

､ וְזָהָ֔ב

wə·zā·hāḇ,

and gold ､

､ וַעֲבָדִם֙

wa·‘ă·ḇā·ḏim

and menservants ､

､ וּשְׁפָחֹ֔ת

ū·šə·p̄ā·ḥōṯ,

and maidservants ､

､ וּגְמַלִּ֖ים

ū·ḡə·mal·lîm

and camels ､

. וַחֲמֹרִֽים׃

wa·ḥă·mō·rîm.

וַתֵּ֡לֶד

wat·tê·leḏ

And bore

שָׂרָה֩

śā·rāh

אֵ֨שֶׁת

’ê·šeṯ

אֲדֹנִ֥י

’ă·ḏō·nî

of my master

בֵן֙

ḇên

לַֽאדֹנִ֔י

la·ḏō·nî,

to my master

אַחֲרֵ֖י

’a·ḥă·rê

– זִקְנָתָ֑הּ

ziq·nā·ṯāh;

she was old –

וַיִּתֶּן־

way·yit·ten-

and he has given

to him

אֶת־

כָּל־

אֲשֶׁר־

And made me swear

of the Canaanite ､

And I said

will send

מַלְאָכ֤וֹ

אִתָּךְ֙

’it·tāḵ

with you

וְהִצְלִ֣יחַ

wə·hiṣ·lî·aḥ

– דַּרְכֶּ֔ךָ

dar·ke·ḵā,

וְלָקַחְתָּ֤

wə·lā·qaḥ·tā

and you shall take

אִשָּׁה֙

’iš·šāh

לִבְנִ֔י

liḇ·nî,

､ מִמִּשְׁפַּחְתִּ֖י

mim·miš·paḥ·tî

from my family ､

וּמִבֵּ֥ית

ū·mib·bêṯ

and from the house

. אָבִֽי׃

’ā·ḇî.

of my father .

אָ֤ז

’āz

תִּנָּקֶה֙

tin·nā·qeh

you will be clear

､ מֵאָ֣לָתִ֔י

mê·’ā·lā·ṯî,

from this oath ､

כִּ֥י

– מִשְׁפַּחְתִּ֑י

then you will be

And I came

to draw [water] ､

וְאָמַרְתִּ֣י

and I say

אֵלֶ֔יהָ

to her

､ הַשְׁקִֽינִי־

haš·qî·nî-

give me to drink ､

､ נָ֥א

nā

מְעַט־

mə·‘aṭ-

מַ֖יִם

ma·yim

. מִכַּדֵּֽךְ׃

from your jar .

וְאָמְרָ֤ה

her shoulder –

וַתֵּ֥רֶד

and she went down

､ הָעַ֖יְנָה

hā·‘ay·nāh

to the well ､

וַתִּשְׁאָ֑ב

wat·tiš·’āḇ;

and drew [water]

וָאֹמַ֥ר

wā·’ō·mar

and I said

אֵלֶ֖יהָ

’ê·le·hā

to her

､ הַשְׁקִ֥ינִי

haš·qî·nî

let me drink ､

. נָֽא׃

nā.

､ וַתְּמַהֵ֗ר

wat·tə·ma·hêr,

And she made haste ､

וַתּ֤וֹרֶד

wat·tō·w·reḏ

כַּדָּהּ֙

kad·dāh

מֵֽעָלֶ֔יהָ

mê·‘ā·le·hā,

from her [shoulder]

､ וַתֹּ֣אמֶר

wat·tō·mer

and said ､

､ שְׁתֵ֔ה

šə·ṯêh,

וְגַם־

wə·ḡam-

and also

גְּמַלֶּ֖יךָ

gə·mal·le·ḵā

– אַשְׁקֶ֑ה

’aš·qeh;

I will give drink –

､ וָאֵ֕שְׁתְּ

wā·’ê·šət

So I drank ､

. וְגַ֥ם

wə·ḡam

and also .

הַגְּמַלִּ֖ים

hag·gə·mal·lîm

. הִשְׁקָֽתָה׃

hiš·qā·ṯāh.

she gave a drink .

וָאֶשְׁאַ֣ל

wā·’eš·’al

And I asked

אֹתָ֗הּ

’ō·ṯāh,

､ וָאֹמַר֮

wā·’ō·mar

and said ､

בַּת־

baṯ-

מִ֣י

mî

؟ אַתְּ֒

’at

[are] you ؟

､ וַתֹּ֗אמֶר

wat·tō·mer,

and she said ､

בַּת־

baṯ-

､ בְּתוּאֵל֙

of Bethuel ､

בֶּן־

､ נָח֔וֹר

of Nahor ､

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

וְהַצְּמִידִ֖ים

and the bracelets

עַל־

. יָדֶֽיהָ׃

､ וָאֶקֹּ֥ד

wā·’eq·qōḏ

And I bowed my head ､

וָֽאֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֖ה

wā·’eš·ta·ḥă·weh

､ לַיהוָ֑ה

וָאֲבָרֵ֗ךְ

wā·’ă·ḇā·rêḵ,

of silver ､

וּכְלֵ֤י

､ זָהָב֙

zā·hāḇ

of gold ､

､ וּבְגָדִ֔ים

ū·ḇə·ḡā·ḏîm,

and clothing ､

וַיִּתֵּ֖ן

way·yit·tên

and gave [them]

– לְרִבְקָ֑ה

lə·riḇ·qāh;

to Rebekah –

וּמִ֨גְדָּנֹ֔ת

ū·miḡ·dā·nōṯ,

and precious things

נָתַ֥ן

nā·ṯan

לְאָחִ֖יהָ

lə·’ā·ḥî·hā

. וּלְאִמָּֽהּ׃

ū·lə·’im·māh.

and to her mother .

וַיֹּאכְל֣וּ

way·yō·ḵə·lū

And ate

､ וַיִּשְׁתּ֗וּ

way·yiš·tū,

and drank ､

ה֛וּא

hū

he

וְהָאֲנָשִׁ֥ים

wə·hā·’ă·nā·šîm

and the men

אֲשֶׁר־

’ă·šer-

､ עִמּ֖וֹ

‘im·mōw

with him ､

. וַיָּלִ֑ינוּ

way·yā·lî·nū;

and spent the night there .

וַיָּק֣וּמוּ

way·yā·qū·mū

､ בַבֹּ֔קֶר

ḇab·bō·qer,

in the morning ､

､ וַיֹּ֖אמֶר

way·yō·mer

and he said ､

שַׁלְּחֻ֥נִי

šal·lə·ḥu·nî

. לַֽאדֹנִֽי׃

la·ḏō·nî.

to my master .

､ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר

way·yō·mer

But said ､

אָחִ֙יהָ֙

’ā·ḥî·hā

､ וְאִמָּ֔הּ

wə·’im·māh,

and her mother ､

תֵּשֵׁ֨ב

tê·šêḇ

הַנַּעֲרָ֥

han·na·‘ă·rā

the girl

אִתָּ֛נוּ

’it·tā·nū

with us

､ יָמִ֖ים

yā·mîm

[a few] days ､

א֣וֹ

’ōw

– עָשׂ֑וֹר

‘ā·śō·wr;

ten –

אַחַ֖ר

’a·ḥar

. תֵּלֵֽךְ׃

she may go .

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר

And he said

אֲלֵהֶם֙

､ אַל־

’al-

not ､

תְּאַחֲר֣וּ

､ אֹתִ֔י

’ō·ṯî,

me ､

וַֽיהוָ֖ה

Yah·weh

הִצְלִ֣יחַ

hiṣ·lî·aḥ

– דַּרְכִּ֑י

dar·kî;

my way –

שַׁלְּח֕וּנִי

šal·lə·ḥū·nî

וְאֵלְכָ֖ה

wə·’ê·lə·ḵāh

so that I may go

. לַֽאדֹנִֽי׃

to my master .

､ וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ

So they said ､

נִקְרָ֣א

niq·rā

we will call

､ לַֽנַּעֲרָ֑

lan·na·‘ă·rā;

the girl ､

וְנִשְׁאֲלָ֖ה

wə·niš·’ă·lāh

אֶת־

’eṯ-

at her

. פִּֽיהָ׃

pî·hā.

וַיִּקְרְא֤וּ

way·yiq·rə·’ū

And they called

לְרִבְקָה֙

lə·riḇ·qāh

וַיֹּאמְר֣וּ

way·yō·mə·rū

and said

､ אֵלֶ֔יהָ

’ê·le·hā,

to her ､

הֲתֵלְכִ֖י

hă·ṯê·lə·ḵî

will you go

עִם־

‘im-

with

הָאִ֣ישׁ

hā·’îš

؟ הַזֶּ֑ה

haz·zeh;

､ וַתֹּ֖אמֶר

wat·tō·mer

and she said ､

. אֵלֵֽךְ׃

’ê·lêḵ.

I will go .

וַֽיְשַׁלְּח֛וּ

way·šal·lə·ḥū

So they sent away

רִבְקָ֥ה

､ אֲחֹתָ֖ם

their sister ､

וְאֶת־

and

– מֵנִקְתָּ֑הּ

and

עֶ֥בֶד

אַבְרָהָ֖ם

וְאֶת־

and

. אֲנָשָֽׁיו׃

וַיְבָרֲכ֤וּ

and said

לָ֔הּ

lāh,

to her

､ אֲחֹתֵ֕נוּ

’ă·ḥō·ṯê·nū

אַ֥תְּ

’at

הֲיִ֖י

hă·yî

may become [the mother]

לְאַלְפֵ֣י

lə·’al·p̄ê

､ רְבָבָ֑ה

rə·ḇā·ḇāh;

of myriads ､

וְיִירַ֣שׁ

wə·yî·raš

and may possess

זַרְעֵ֔ךְ

zar·‘êḵ,

your descendants

אֵ֖ת

’êṯ

-

שַׁ֥עַר

ša·‘ar

. שֹׂנְאָֽיו׃

śō·nə·’āw.

of those who hate them .

וַתָּ֨קָם

wat·tā·qām

רִבְקָ֜ה

riḇ·qāh

､ וְנַעֲרֹתֶ֗יהָ

wə·na·‘ă·rō·ṯe·hā,

and her servant girls ､

וַתִּרְכַּ֙בְנָה֙

wat·tir·kaḇ·nāh

עַל־

‘al-

on

､ הַגְּמַלִּ֔ים

hag·gə·mal·lîm,

the camels ､

וַתֵּלַ֖כְנָה

wat·tê·laḵ·nāh

and

אַחֲרֵ֣י

’a·ḥă·rê

. הָאִ֑ישׁ

hā·’îš;

the man .

וַיִּקַּ֥ח

way·yiq·qaḥ

הָעֶ֛בֶד

hā·‘e·ḇeḏ

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

､ רִבְקָ֖ה

riḇ·qāh

. וַיֵּלַֽךְ׃

way·yê·laḵ.

the evening –

וַיִּשָּׂ֤א

way·yiś·śā

and he lifted up

､ עֵינָיו֙

‘ê·nāw

､ וַיַּ֔רְא

way·yar,

and looked ､

､ וְהִנֵּ֥ה

wə·hin·nêh

and behold ､

גְמַלִּ֖ים

ḡə·mal·lîm

. בָּאִֽים׃

bā·’îm.

[were] coming .

וַתִּשָּׂ֤א

wat·tiś·śā

And lifted up

רִבְקָה֙

riḇ·qāh

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

､ עֵינֶ֔יהָ

‘ê·ne·hā,

וַתֵּ֖רֶא

wat·tê·re

and when she saw

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

､ יִצְחָ֑ק

yiṣ·ḥāq;

וַתִּפֹּ֖ל

wat·tip·pōl

מֵעַ֥ל

mê·‘al

. הַגָּמָֽל׃

hag·gā·māl.

וַתֹּ֣אמֶר

wat·tō·mer

For she had said

אֶל־

’el-

to

､ הָעֶ֗בֶד

hā·‘e·ḇeḏ,

the servant ､

מִֽי־

mî-

who [is]

הָאִ֤ישׁ

hā·’îš

הַלָּזֶה֙

hal·lā·zeh

הַהֹלֵ֤ךְ

ha·hō·lêḵ

בַּשָּׂדֶה֙

baś·śā·ḏeh

in the field

؟ לִקְרָאתֵ֔נוּ

liq·rā·ṯê·nū,

to meet us ؟

､ וַיֹּ֥אמֶר

way·yō·mer

and said ､

הָעֶ֖בֶד

hā·‘e·ḇeḏ

ה֣וּא

hū

it [is]

. אֲדֹנִ֑י

’ă·ḏō·nî;

וַתִּקַּ֥ח

wat·tiq·qaḥ

､ הַצָּעִ֖יף

haṣ·ṣā·‘îp̄

a veil ､

. וַתִּתְכָּֽס׃

wat·tiṯ·kās.

and covered herself .

וַיְסַפֵּ֥ר

way·sap·pêr

And told

הָעֶ֖בֶד

hā·‘e·ḇeḏ

לְיִצְחָ֑ק

lə·yiṣ·ḥāq;

אֵ֥ת

’êṯ

-

כָּל־

kāl-

הַדְּבָרִ֖ים

had·də·ḇā·rîm

אֲשֶׁ֥ר

’ă·šer

. עָשָֽׂה׃

‘ā·śāh.

וַיְבִאֶ֣הָ

way·ḇi·’e·hā

And brought her into

יִצְחָ֗ק

yiṣ·ḥāq,

､ הָאֹ֙הֱלָה֙

hā·’ō·hĕ·lāh

the tent ､

שָׂרָ֣ה

śā·rāh

､ אִמּ֔וֹ

’im·mōw,

וַיִּקַּ֧ח

way·yiq·qaḥ

and he took

אֶת־

’eṯ-

-

､ רִבְקָ֛ה

riḇ·qāh

וַתְּהִי־

wat·tə·hî-

ל֥וֹ

lōw

– לְאִשָּׁ֖ה

lə·’iš·šāh

wife –

､ וַיֶּאֱהָבֶ֑הָ

way·ye·’ĕ·hā·ḇe·hā;

and he loved her ､

וַיִּנָּחֵ֥ם

way·yin·nā·ḥêm

so was comforted

יִצְחָ֖ק

yiṣ·ḥāq

אַחֲרֵ֥י

’a·ḥă·rê

. אִמּֽוֹ׃

’im·mōw.

his mother's [death] .
