The elder
וּנְשׂוּא־

and
､ פָנִ֖ים
p̄ā·nîm
ה֣וּא
hū
he [is]
– הָרֹ֑אשׁ
hā·rōš;
the head –
וְנָבִ֥יא
wə·nā·ḇî
and the prophet
מֽוֹרֶה־
mō·w·reh-
､ שֶּׁ֖קֶר
še·qer
lies ､
ה֥וּא
hū
he [is]
. הַזָּנָֽב׃
haz·zā·nāḇ.
