､ בַמְּגִלָּ֣ה

אֲשֶׁר־

at my instruction ､
אֶת־
’eṯ-

דִּבְרֵ֨י

יְהוָ֜ה

in the hearing
הָעָ֛ם

of the people
בֵּ֥ית
