עֲצַת־
‘ă·ṣaṯ-
､ יְהוָ֗ה
Yah·weh
of Yahweh ､
אֲשֶׁ֤ר
’ă·šer
יָעַץ֙
yā·‘aṣ
אֶל־
’el-
– אֱד֔וֹם
’ĕ·ḏō·wm,
Edom –
､ וּמַ֨חְשְׁבוֹתָ֔יו
ū·maḥ·šə·ḇō·w·ṯāw,
and His purposes ､
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
’ă·šer
חָשַׁ֖ב
ḥā·šaḇ
אֶל־
’el-
יֹשְׁבֵ֣י
yō·šə·ḇê
– תֵימָ֑ן
ṯê·mān;
of Teman –
אִם־
’im-
לֹ֤א
lō
not
– יִסְחָבוּם֙
yis·ḥā·ḇūm
צְעִירֵ֣י
ṣə·‘î·rê
the least
הַצֹּ֔אן
haṣ·ṣōn,
of the flock
אִם־
’im-
לֹ֥א
lō
not
יַשִּׁ֛ים
yaš·šîm
עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם
‘ă·lê·hem
with them
. נְוֵהֶֽם׃
nə·wê·hem.
