וְהָי֨וּ
wə·hā·yū
And they shall be
לָכֶ֧ם
lā·ḵem
הֶעָרִ֛ים
he·‘ā·rîm
לְמִקְלָ֖ט
lə·miq·lāṭ
– מִגֹּאֵ֑ל
mig·gō·’êl;
from the avenger –
､ וְלֹ֤א
wə·lō
that not ､
יָמוּת֙
yā·mūṯ
הָרֹצֵ֔חַ
hā·rō·ṣê·aḥ,
עַד־
‘aḏ-
עָמְד֛וֹ
‘ā·mə·ḏōw
לִפְנֵ֥י
lip̄·nê
הָעֵדָ֖ה
hā·‘ê·ḏāh
. לַמִּשְׁפָּֽט׃
lam·miš·pāṭ.
