､ וַיֹּ֗אמֶר
way·yō·mer,
For He commands ､
וַֽ֭יַּעֲמֵד
way·ya·‘ă·mêḏ
and raises
､ ר֣וּחַ
rū·aḥ
the wind ､
סְעָרָ֑ה
sə·‘ā·rāh;
וַתְּרוֹמֵ֥ם
wat·tə·rō·w·mêm
and which lifts up
. גַּלָּֽיו׃
gal·lāw.
the waves of the [sea] .
