'Fall by the Sword' in the Bible
And you shall pursue your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword {before you}.
And five of you shall pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you shall pursue a myriad; and your enemies shall fall by the sword {before you}.
And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?
