'Hidden His Face' in the Bible

He says to himself, “God has [quite] forgotten;He has hidden His face; He will never see my deed.”

For He hath not despised, nor abominated, The affliction of the afflicted, Nor hath He hidden His face from him, And in his crying unto Him He heareth.

But your wickedness has separated you from your God,And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.
