'I Am God' in the Bible
When Abram was 99 years old, the Lord appeared to him, saying, “I am God Almighty. Live in My presence and be blameless.
God also said to him:I am God Almighty.Be fruitful and multiply.A nation, indeed an assembly of nations, will come from you,and kings will descend from you.
God said, “I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation there.
“Stop your fighting—and know that I am God,exalted among the nations, exalted on the earth.”
“Listen, My people, and I will speak;I will testify against you, Israel.I am God, your God.
I alone declared, saved, and proclaimed—and not some foreign god among you.So you are My witnesses”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“and I am God.
Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth. For I am God,and there is no other.
Remember what happened long ago,for I am God, and there is no other;I am God, and no one is like Me.
I will not vent the full fury of My anger;I will not turn back to destroy Ephraim. For I am God and not man,the Holy One among you;I will not come in rage.
He has put His trust in God; let God rescue Him now—if He wants Him! For He said, ‘I am God’s Son.’”
