'Mighty Waters' in the Bible

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, who roar like the roaring of the seas, and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

Behold, LORD has a mighty and strong one. As a tempest of hail, a destroying storm, as a tempest of mighty waters overflowing, he will cast down to the earth with the hand.

Thus says LORD, who makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters,
