Romans 1:1-7 - Greeting
1 From Paul, a slave of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, set apart for a gospel of God, 2 which through his prophets he promised beforetime, in holy writings; 3 this gospel is concerning his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of David's posterity in respect of his bodily nature, 4 but was by his resurrection from the dead instated as Son of God, with power, in respect of his spirit of holiness. 5 It is through him, even Jesus Christ our Lord, that I received grace and apostleship to promote obedience to the faith among all the Gentiles, for his name's sake; 6 among whom you also are called to be Jesus Christ's.
7 To all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints. May God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ, bless you, and give you peace.
1 Paul, called by the will of God to be an apostle of Jesus Christ, and Sosthenes, his brother.
2 to the Church of God at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, together with all, wherever they are, who call upon the name of the Lord Jesus.
3 Grace to you, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Paul, an apostle sent not from men nor by any man, but by Jesus Christ and by God the Father who raised him from the dead; 2 with all the brothers who are with me. To the churches of Galatia greeting.
3 Grace be to you, and peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil age in accordance with the will of our God and Father, 5 to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

1 To Titus, my true son in a common faith, from Paul, a slave of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and to the knowledge of the truth which goes with piety; 2 I write in hope of life eternal which God who never lies, promised before times eternal, 3 but manifested in his own time; that word of his in proclaiming which I have been entrusted by command of God our Saviour.
4 Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Saviour.
1 James, a slave of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, sends greeting to the twelve tribes that are scattered abroad.
1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the elect who are sojourners of the dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Roman Asia, and Bithynia, 2 according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ; Grace and peace be multiplied to you.
1 Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained an equally precious faith with us in the righteousness of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you by the God and Father of Jesus our Lord.
3 For his power divine has granted to us everything needful for life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and virtue. 4 By these he has granted his promises to us, precious and splendid; so that through them you may become partners of the divine nature, now that you have escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 For this very reason do your best to add to your faith manliness, and to manliness knowledge, 6 and to knowledge self-control, and to self-control stedfastness, and to stedfastness piety, 7 and to piety brotherly love, and to brotherly love, love itself.
