Matthew 19:13-15 - Little Children Brought To Jesus

¹³ Then little children were brought to him that he should put his hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them. ¹⁴ But Jesus said, Suffer the little children to come to me, and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. ¹⁵ And he put his hands on them and departed thence.

¹³ And they brought him little children that he should touch them; and the disciples rebuked those who brought them. ¹⁴ But Jesus seeing it, was displeased, and said to them, Suffer the little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁵ I tell you truly, that whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, shall not enter into it. ¹⁶ And he took them in his arms, and laid his hands on them, and blessed them.

¹⁵ And they brought him also infants, that he should touch them; and the disciples seeing it reproved them. ¹⁶ But Jesus calling them, said, Suffer the little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁷ I tell you truly, that whoever receives not the kingdom of God as a little child, shall by no means enter into it.
