Matthew 19:23-30 - Possessions And The Kingdom

And Jesus said to His disciples, Truly I say unto you, that a rich man will hardly enter into the kingdom of the heavens. 24 And again I say to you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to go into the kingdom of God.

And the disciples hearing, were astonished exceedingly, saying, Who then is able to be saved?

And Jesus looking on them said; With men this is impossible; but all things are possible with God.

Then Peter responding said to Him, Behold, we have left all things, and followed Thee; what then shall be to us?

And Jesus said to them, Truly I say unto you, that you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man may sit upon the throne of His glory, you shall also sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And every one who has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, on account of my name, shall receive a hundred-fold, and inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are first shall be last, and the last first.
