Matthew 24:29-31 - The Arrival Of The Son Of Man
29 But straightaway after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light. And the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then the sign of the Son of man will appear in the sky. And then all the tribes of the earth will beat the breast, and they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds of the sky with power and much glory. 31 And he will send forth his agents with a great trumpet sound, and they will gather together his chosen from the four winds, from the boundaries of the heavens--as far as their boundaries.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, 25 and the stars of the sky will be falling, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
26 And then they will see the Son of man coming in clouds with much power and glory. 27 And then he will send forth his heavenly agents, and will gather together his chosen from the four winds, from the outermost part of the earth as far as the outermost part of heaven.
25 And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, roaring of sea and of tossing, 26 fainting of men from fear, and of anticipation of the things coming upon the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and much glory. 28 And when these things begin to happen, stand upright, and lift up your heads, because your redemption approaches.
