Matthew 26:26-30 - The Lord's Supper
26 As they did eat, Jesus took bread and gave thanks, brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, "Take. Eat. This is my body." 27 And he took the cup, and thanked, and gave it them, saying, "Drink of it every one. 28 This is my blood of the new testament, that shall be shed for many, for the forgiveness of sins. 29 I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine tree, until that day, when I shall drink it new with you in my father's kingdom." 30 And when they had said grace, they went out into Mount Olivet.
22 And as they ate, Jesus took bread, blessed and brake it and gave it to them and said, "Take, eat; This is my body."
23 And he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they drank all of it. 24 And he said unto them, "This is my blood, of the New Testament, which is shed for many. 25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of this fruit of the vine, until that day that I shall drink it new in the kingdom of God." 26 And when they had said grace, they went out into the Mount Olivet.
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down: and the twelve apostles with him. 15 And he said unto them, "I have inwardly desired to eat this Easter lamb with you before that I suffer. 16 For I say unto you, Henceforth, I will not eat of it any more, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God." 17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, "Take this, and divide it among you. 18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God be come."
19 And he took bread, gave thanks, and brake it, and gave it unto them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you. This do in the remembrance of me."
20 Likewise also, when they had supped, he took the cup saying, "This cup is the new testament, in my blood, which shall for you be shed. 21 "Yet behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me, is with me on the table. 22 And the son of man goeth as it is appointed: But woe be to that man by whom he is betrayed."
23 And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it should be, that should do that.
