Matthew 26:26-30 - The Lord's Supper
26 And after they had eaten, Jesus took bread and blessed and brake and gave it to his disciples and said, Take, eat; this is my body. 27 And he took the cup, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it. 28 For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many, for the remission of sins. 29 I say to you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, till the day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. 30 And when they had sung the hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
22 And as they ate, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.
23 And he took the cup, and having given thanks, gave it them, and they all drank of it. 24 And he said to them, This is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many. 25 Verily I say to you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, till that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God. 26 And having sung the hymn, they went out toward the mount of Olives.
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. 15 And he said to them, With desire have I desired to eat this passover with you, before I suffer. 16 For I say to you, I will not eat thereof any more, till it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 17 And he took the cup and gave thanks and said, Take this and divide it among yourselves. 18 For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, till the kingdom of God shall come.
19 And he took bread, and gave thanks and brake it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of me.
20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood which is shed for you. 21 But behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. 22 And truly the Son of man goeth as it was determined; but wo to that man, by whom the Son of man is betrayed.
23 And they inquired among themselves, Which of them it was, that would do this?
