For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ.

Know ye not, that as many of us have been baptized into Jesus Christ, have been baptized into his death?

The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? For we, being many, are one bread, and one body; for we are all partakers of the one bread.

He that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

This is the bread which came down from heaven; not as your fathers ate manna, and died: he that eateth of this bread, shall live for ever.

Know ye not, that as many of us have been baptized into Jesus Christ, have been baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death, that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life.

And now, why tarriest thou? Arise and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that we might no longer serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Buried with him in baptism, by which ye are also risen with him, through the faith of the operation of God, who raised him from the dead.

Not by works of righteousness which we had done, but according to his own mercy he saved us, by the laver of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.

The antitype whereof, baptism, now saveth us, (not the putting away the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

And he gave him the covenant of circumcision, and so he begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day, and Isaac Jacob, and Jacob the twelve patriarchs.

For he is not a Jew, who is one in outward shew, neither is that circumcision which is apparent in the flesh. But he is a Jew, who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.

How was it then imputed? When he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith, which he had in uncircumcision, that he might be the father of all who believe in uncircumcision, that righteousness may be imputed to them also,

By whom also ye are circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, by which ye are also risen with him, through the faith of the operation of God, who raised him from the dead.

And he said to them, With desire have I desired to eat this passover with you, before I suffer. For I say to you, I will not eat thereof any more, till it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened; for our passover is slain for us, even Christ:
