Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,

For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh,

Epaphras greets you, he being of you, a servant of Christ, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. For I bear him record that he has a great zeal for you and for those who are in Laodicea and those in Hierapolis.

And when this letter is read before you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and that you also read the letter of Laodicea.

saying, I am the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. Also, What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.

And to the angel of the church of the Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Head of the creation of God, says these things:
