Yahweh looks down from heaven upon the children of humankind to see whether there is one who has insight, one who cares about God.

The Lord's precepts are fair and make one joyful. The Lord's commands are pure and give insight for life.

The words of his mouth [are] wickedness and deceit. He has ceased to have insight [and] to do good.
