For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, the door shall be opened.

He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake, shall find it.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and he findeth none.

Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

And if he findeth it, verily I say to you, he rejoiceth more over that sheep, than over the ninety and nine which went not astray.
