And after sending them away, he departed onto the mountain to pray.

Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side to Bethsaida, while He Himself was sending the crowd away.

And Jesus, sending forth a loud voice, expired.

Jesus sternly warned him, sending him directly out,

He sent [still] another slave, whom they killed. He continued sending many more slaves; they beat some and killed others.

Again he sent them another servant, and they [threw stones and] wounded him in the head, and treated him disgracefully.

And Pilate was surprised that he was dead; and, sending for the captain, he put a question to see if he had been dead for long.

Whoever should receive ones of such young children in my name, receives me: and whoever should receive me, receives not me, but him sending me.
