Then Levi hosted a grand banquet for Him at his house. Now there was a large crowd of tax collectors and others who were guests with them.

When they reached Jesus, they pleaded with Him earnestly, saying, “He is worthy for You to grant this,

Will not God grant justice to His elect who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay to help them?

I tell you that He will swiftly grant them justice. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find that faith on earth?”

So Pilate decided to grant their demand
