Jesus answered and said unto him, "Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, thou believest? Thou shalt see greater things than these."

Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and he himself drank thereof and his children and his cattle?"

For the father loveth the son, and showeth him all things, whatsoever he himself doeth. And he will show him greater works than these, because ye should marvel.

But I have greater witness than the witness of John. For the works which the father hath given me to finish: the same works that I do: bear witness of me, that the father sent me.

Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? And the prophets are dead: Whom makest thou thyself?"

My father which gave them me, is greater than all men; and no man is able to take them out of my father's hand.

Verily, verily I say unto you, the servant is not greater than his master; Neither the messenger greater than he that sent him.

Greater love than this hath no man, than that a man bestow his life for his friends.

Remember the saying, that I said unto you, 'The servant is not greater than the Lord.' If they have persecuted me, so will they persecute you. If they have kept my saying, so will they keep yours.
