As he spake to our fathers, to Abram, and his seed forever.

And ought not this woman, who is a daughter of Abra ham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, to be loosed from this bond on the sabbath-day?

And it came to pass, that the poor man died, and was carried by angels to Abra ham's bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried;

They answered and said to him: Abra ham is our father. Jesus said to them: If you were the children of Abraham, you would do the works of Abraham.

The God of Abra ham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Son Jesus, whom you delivered up, and whom you rejected in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to release him.

I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abra ham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses trembled, and durst not observe it.
