For he had healed many, insomuch that they pressed upon him, for to touch him, as many as had plagues.

It came to pass as the people pressed upon him, to hear the word of God, that he stood by the lake of Gennesaret:

And all the people pressed to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.

Give, and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosoms. For with what measure ye mete, with the same shall men mete to you again."

He put forth a similitude to the guests, when he marked how they pressed to the highest rooms, and said unto them,

While he yet spake: behold, there came a company: and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and pressed nigh unto Jesus to kiss him.
