If men to whom God's message came are called gods -- and the Scriptures cannot be made null and void --

So the rest of the disciples kept saying to him, "We have seen the Lord!" But he said to them, "Unless I see the nail prints in His hands, and put my finger into them, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe it!"

What then, if some of them have proved unfaithful? Can their unfaithfulness make null and void God's faithfulness?

Do we then through faith make null and void the law? Not at all; instead, we confirm it.

For if the law party is to possess the world, then faith has been nullified and the promise has been made null and void.

For this reason I kneel before the Father,

so that in the name of Jesus everyone should kneel, in heaven, on earth, and in the underworld,
