For the land, into which thou goest to inherit it, is not as the land of Egypt, from which ye came out, where thou didst sow thy seed and water it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs.

I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that plants anything, neither he that waters, but God that gives the increase. Now he that plants and he that waters are one although each one shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying and strife and divisions, are ye not carnal and walk as men? Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not: that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse. For first of all, when ye come together in the congregation , I hear that there are divisions among you; and I partly believe it. For it is expedient that there also be heresies among you, so that those who are proved may become manifest among you. read more.
So that when ye come together in one place, this is not eating the Lord's supper. For in eating, each one takes his own supper first: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.

Blessed is every one that fears the LORD, that walks in his ways. When thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands; happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of the trees shall be the days of my people, and my elect shall perpetuate the work of their hands. They shall not labour in vain, nor give birth with fear; for their births are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring shall be with them.

Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? By his own master he stands or falls; and if he falls, he shall be made to stand, for God is powerful to make him stand.

For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

The soul that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him who is righteous, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him who is wicked.

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; each one shall be put to death for his own sin.

Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin; but now because ye say, We see, therefore your sin abides.

If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself; but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

But each one shall die for his own iniquity; every man that eats the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, each one according to his ways, said the Lord GOD. Repent and turn yourselves from all your iniquities, so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

If I had not come and spoken unto them, they would not have sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. He that hates me hates my Father also. If I had not done among them works which no other man has done, they would not have sin; but now they have seen them and hate both me and my Father.

If the work of anyone abides which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If anyone's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire.
