For these are not drunk as you suppose, for it is the third hour of the day [9 A.M.], but this is what was said by the prophet; In the last days, says God, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; and upon my male servants and upon my female servants in those days will I pour out of my Spirit, and they shall prophesy. And I will show prodigies in heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and a cloud of smoke. But some of them, Cyprians and Cyrenians, who came to Antioch, spoke to the Greeks preaching the good news of the Lord Jesus. And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord.
