For there was a tabernacle made; the first, in which was the lampstand, and the table, and the showbread; which is called the sanctuary.
And said unto me, What see you? And I said, I have looked, and behold a lampstand all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps on it, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon its top:

And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden lampstands; And in the midst of the seven lampstands one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girded about the breast with a golden belt.
The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lampstands. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.
These are the two olive trees, and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.

And you shall make a lampstand of pure gold: of hammered work shall the lampstand be made: its shaft, and its branches, its bowls, its knobs, and its flowers, shall be of the same one piece. Their knobs and their branches shall be of the same piece: all of it shall be one hammered work of pure gold.
And in the lampstand shall be four bowls made like almonds, with their knobs and their flowers.
