And I saw no temple therein; for the Lord God Almighty is the temple thereof, even the Lamb. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon to shine upon it: for the glory of God illuminates it, and the Lamb is the lamp thereof. But this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God: neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; we shall not indeed all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. read more.
For that which is corruptible must put on incorruption, and that which is mortal must put on immortality. So when that which is corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and that which is mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying which is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. But thanks be to God, who giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

But God, being rich in mercy, through the great love with which he hath loved us, though we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved,) and hath raised us up together with him, and made us sit down together in the heavenly regions in Christ Jesus.
