What is man that Thou rememberest him? The son of man that Thou inspectest him? And causest him to lack a little of Godhead, And with honour and majesty compassest him. Thou dost cause him to rule Over the works of Thy hands, All Thou hast placed under his feet.
Who is as Jehovah our God, He is exalting Himself to sit? He is humbling Himself to look On the heavens and on the earth.
Jehovah, what is man that Thou knowest him? Son of man, that Thou esteemest him?
Thus said Jehovah, The Holy One of Israel, and his Former: Ask Me of the things coming concerning My sons, Yea, concerning the work of My hands, ye command Me.'
