Anger of God » Is slow
The LORD is slow to anger and great in power and will not at all treat the guilty as though they were innocent; the LORD whose way is in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
For my name's sake I will defer my anger, and for my praise I will wait patiently for thee that I not cut thee off.
And he prayed unto the LORD and said, I pray thee, O LORD, was this not what I said when I was yet in my country?
